I’m joining my friend Janice of The Fitness Cheerleader who is hosting a #FitBloggingChallenge for the month of March. Today’s prompt is to write about “What makes me happy”, or “what bring happiness to my life!”! (I know! Great question, right? Because being happy is SO important to living a healthy life! I’ve been in a bit of a rut lately,and she’s energized me with her writing prompts!
What Makes Me Happy?
That’s it in a nutshell! My family is amazing, and I have SO much to be happy for! I know I’ve been battling a bit of depression, but I’m excited to get moving again- not just my body, but my blog! My body will be moving, and so will the blog posts! It sure helps me perk up when I spend some time counting my blessings and reminding myself how happy I really am.
