Today was another weigh in. In addition, we also decided to go ahead and check measurements.
I lost another pound!
I have a total new regard for the awesomeness of ONE POUND. I knew that my week was off with sick kids and not being able to work out as much as I wanted, but I was happy to see that one pound. Especially since….
In 4 weeks I’ve lost 9 POUNDS!
Then we started measuring inches. And…. HOLY CRAP!
In 4 weeks, I’ve lost 11.5 inches!
NEARLY A FOOT !
I am SO stinkin’ excited and PROUD of myself.
- 1 inch in my arms….
- 2.5 inches in my thighs
- 5 inches in my waist
- 2 inch in my hips
- 1 inch in my chest

I have lots to say about todays’s workout, and what I learned about doing cardio after strength training, and interval training, but for right now, I’m just gonna BASK in 11.5 FREAKING INCHES and go rest my poor tired, worked hard body.
I have spin tomorrow, after all. Followed by Pilates.
