I’m joining with my friend Pepper in doing a video for  Wednesday Weigh In for a while.

Basically, I’m saying that I’ll stop concentrating on how much I weigh, and concentrate on  the choices I make : eating well, and moving more.  I’m not going to obsess over what the number is today.
