This weekend I went to a healthy heart class run by David Martin at Phys-Ed. David is personal trainer at the gym, He is also a studying nutrition and a great blogger at Believe Sweat and Inspire. He made lots of heart-healthy recipes for us to try, and this is one of my favorites: Quinoa Protein Bars.
