Not Waiting for Change

I am NOT waiting for a New year to make changes. NOPE.  The best time to make a change is when you think: “It’s time.”  NOW. No huge dramatic changes from me, but small sustainable ones. For example:

  • remember to drink 8 glasses of water.
  • remember to put on my fitbit
  • remember to  log my food (my fitness pal.com  name is Wendydelmo)
  • remember to move somehow, at some way, every day
  • remember to believe in me!
  • remember that small steps lead to  big journeys
  • remember.. I GOT THIS.
