I am NOT waiting for a New year to make changes. NOPE. The best time to make a change is when you think: “It’s time.” NOW. No huge dramatic changes from me, but small sustainable ones. For example:
- remember to drink 8 glasses of water.
- remember to put on my fitbit
- remember to log my food (my fitness pal.com name is Wendydelmo)
- remember to move somehow, at some way, every day
- remember to believe in me!
- remember that small steps lead to big journeys
- remember.. I GOT THIS.
