I’ve been in a stagnant place. I’ve been stuck and not working as hard as I should be.
- My weight is up.
- My eating sucks.
- My pants are tight.
- My motivation- ziltch
BUT- I have it in me to go again! I’m making a plan, and setting things in place.
I’m not gone, or even lost anymore- I’m preparing my MAP, ya’ll and getting ready to get going again!
