I’ve been a part of Mamavation for a little over a year, and I’ve gained so much from this group and lost a lot of weight and sizes! Last week I had  the chance to MEET UP with a bunch of them at Fitcation!  What’s Fitcation? It’s healthy vacation for Moms!

We stayed at the Four Seasons Westlake, one of the nicest hotels ever! I so enjoyed our stay there that I need a whole other post to tell you all about it so stay tuned.

westlakCollage Right across the street was the Dole World Headquarters, one of the sponsors of Fitcation.  We had a few opportunities to visit Dole and learn all about their company and some of the innovative ways they are working on helping us get healthy.

In between Dole tours, we had a chance to visit the California Health and Longevity Institute. Just walking into that spa calmed my soul. I’ll be writing more about them, as well, but will leave you with this:

We did so much my head is still spinning!  A hula hooping workout, Dinner at a Moroccan restaurant (hosted by Leading Lady)  where we got to “shake it” with a bellydancer- a tour of the LA area,  cooking lessons by Mamavations very own dietician Alyssa, and some awesome sustainable wine by Sip The Good Life,  we were provided new sneakers (PURPLE, YO!)  by my favorite New Balance and had an awesome lunch by Subway.  oh, yeah, I made sure I had a chance to just relax by the pool on Sunday.

But this was one of my favorites: Crossed off my lifetime Bucket List!

Check back soon for detailed info on my trip, but feel free to click and visit the sponsors pictured above!

Fitcation was sponsored by Dole, Four Seasons Westlake Village, the California Health and Longevity Institute, Sip the Good Life, New Balance, Subway and Leading Lady Bras.  These sponsors provided the attendees with lodging, meals, activities and product during the event.  As an attendee, I was asked to give my honest opinion and all opinions are 100% my own and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of these organizations.
