Today’s tip, tip number 20, is something I have to work on all the time.
How many times has something come out of your mouth and surprised you? Have you casually just said something, not thinking about how it sounded or how how it would effect the person you were talking about/to? I have, and I’ve hurt someone’s feelings. You might be able to say “I’m sorry” but you can’t take back the words, once said. Being thoughtful and conscience of your words can help stop inadvertent hurt feelings!
Think before you speak. Think about if the words you are going to say.
