20 Days of Yoga Challenge

I have to say it. I’m not a Yoga Fan.  Maybe I just don’t “GET IT” or I was taught wrong, but yoga is not my “go to “exercise. But, I had learned how to “Yoga Breathe” at a conference I attended last year and it was probably the most helpful thing I learned there. When I heard that my friends were participating in a 20 Days of Yoga challenge I was all ready to  pass. Then I remembered that I was scared of Spin in the beginning, and  truthfully, as inactive as I have been lately,  I needed SOMETHING to ease back into exercising.

I'm pretty sure this is how I look doing Yoga.   But Fluffier.

So, I took a great big deep cleansing YOGA BREATH, grabbed my mat and declare: I’m in! 


What is the  20 Days of Yoga Challenge?

It’s 20 poses this month to try.  20 poses means time to rest when you need.  Not a Yogi?  Me, either.   So I’ll be checking out poses  at Fitness Magazine  to help me figure it out.
